Electronic
Sensor Technolocy, LP., Newbury Park, CA,
introduces an upgrade to our Model 4100. The
new instrument, Model 4200
has been reduced in size and weight and has
enhanced software features. Both models
(below) perform flash chromatography and
VaporPrintTM imaging in seconds! Hundreds of
virtual chemical sensors with user defined
alarm levels can now be created in software
for any application. With single-handed
ease, this electronic nose delovers a full
chemical analysis in 10 seconds using a
universal solid-state chmical sensor. The
zNoseTM is also portable and can operate
on-site as well as in the laboratory. The
complete system includes a Notebook Computer
with pre-installed Office97TM and
PCAnywhereTM software for operating the
system remotely. |

preconcentrator. Within 10 seconds, the
Model 4200 captures a vapor sample,
injects and passes it through a CG
column, and determines the concentration
of chemicals in the vapor. This
instrument is designed for maximum
flexibility and applications requiring
quick and accurate vapor screening. |

integrated into a bench top
configuration. Laboratory applications
include fast pre-screening of samples
for GC/MS analysis, auto sampler
systems, and real time monitoring for
industrial process control. The zNoseTM
Model 7100 is ideal for analyzing water
and product quality control samples.

The zNose™
is the only electronic nose technology to
receive validation from both the US EPA
(environmental monitoring of air and water)
and the White House Office of National Drug
Control Policy (drug and contraband
interdiction). For US government and law
enforcement users, the zNose™ can be
purchased directly from the General Services
Administration (GSA). For the first time,
the fragrance, odor, or smell associated
with virtually any chemical process,
manufacturing operation, or product can be
chemically analyzed and quantified with
part-per-billion accuracy in seconds. |
